About me

My name is Francieli Winter, but you can call me Fran. I'm Brazilian, although I've been living in the United States for over 4 years. Since moving to the US, I have experienced a totally different culture from what I am used to. On every corner there is a fast food chain and the ease of eating anything quick resulted in many extra pounds on the scale due to my super busy routine. Through experimentation and education, I learned how to eat properly, without restriction to be able to achieve my goals. I structured a method based on flexible dieting and training with no B.S.  Yes, flexible dieting.
I never stopped eating my hamburger, or my pizza and manage to keep my body in shape and even lose weight when I feel the need. These were the same results my clients experienced when following my plans. Over the years as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I have transformed the lives of hundreds of women who have also achieved the body they've always dreamed of. Now, I use this same method to help people through my social media and clients because I believe that losing weight doesn't have to be radical and a magical formula does not exist, you just need to know how and what to eat.
